Individualized care for how you move
Physiotherapy combines clinical assessment, hands-on care, movement and exercise to help you understand your problem and work toward meaningful functional goals. At Hands-On Physio, your appointment is focused on one patient at a time.
Physiotherapy
Your first visit begins with a conversation about your symptoms, goals and relevant history, followed by a physical assessment. Your physiotherapist then explains the findings and discusses treatment options with you.
Treatment may include hands-on techniques, mobility work, exercise therapy, education and other appropriate physiotherapy techniques. Your plan is adjusted as you progress.
Care built around your goals.
